Detailed Job Description:

As a Project Manager (Functional) at CCG in Seattle, WA, Santa Clara, CA, or Austin, TX, you will take full ownership of project planning, resource allocation, risk management, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication. Your day-to‑day responsibilities encompass defining project scopes, creating detailed work breakdown structures, managing sprint schedules and deliverables, and ensuring strict adherence to budget and quality constraints. You will collaborate with engineering teams, functional consultants, and executive leaders to remove blockers and drive successful project commissioning. Working in a 100% on‑site enterprise consulting environment, you will deliver complex technology programs with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to‑end enterprise software development and technology implementation projects from inception to deployment.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, resource allocations, and detailed work breakdown structures (WBS).
• Establish robust project schedules, milestone tracking, critical path analysis, and velocity metrics.
• Direct cross‑functional functional and technical engineering squads, ensuring seamless collaboration and accountability.
• Manage project budgets, financial forecasts, vendor invoicing, and commercial contract obligations.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing proactive mitigation and escalation strategies.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, executive status reporting, steering committee reviews, and client presentations.
• Enforce agile or hybrid project management methodologies, governance standards, and quality assurance protocols.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, risk registers, change logs, and meeting minutes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

• Prior professional experience working within the Apple ecosystem or similar tier‑1 consumer technology enterprises strongly preferred.
