Role: Project Manager (Functional)

Location: Seattle, WA AND Santa Clara, CA AND Austin, TX (100% Onsite)

Duration: 6-12+ Months Contract

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a strong Business Analyst background who can drive complex business and technology initiatives from conception through delivery. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, use cases, and project deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional business and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, status reports, RACI matrices, risk registers, and governance artifacts.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Facilitate meetings, drive decision-making, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
• Track project progress using project management and task-management tools such as Wrike, Radar, or similar platforms.
• Support Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies.
• Leverage AI tools and automation opportunities to improve project efficiency and delivery effectiveness.
