Job summary

Careington International Corporation is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with a client-facing and consulting background to lead enterprise IT initiatives from Frisco, TX. This hybrid role requires three days in the office and two days remote, with a transition back to five days in Spring 2027.

You will mentor cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and liaise with executives to drive program success and governance using Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of project management, with at least 3 years managing complex cross‑functional projects.
• Client facing and consultant background.
• Proven track record delivering projects within budget, schedule, and scope.
• Exceptional communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile and project tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint, ServiceNow).
• Knowledge of risk management and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead end-to-end planning and delivery for enterprise IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategy and ROI.
• Architect roadmaps with milestones, budgets and success criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams in matrixed environments to maintain momentum.
• Lead change control and governance to protect scope, schedule and budget.
• Monitor delivery performance using KPIs and provide corrective actions to leadership.
• Drive release management and deployment governance with go/no-go decisions.
