Job summary

S.A. Comunale Co., Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to schedule projects, coordinate tool and fabrication delivery, and manage personnel to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

You will represent the company in progress meetings and initiate required change orders. The role requires 5+ years in fire protection-related PM work, strong NFPA knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years’ experience in the fire protection industry, working in sales, estimating, project management, and/or design is required.
• Extensive knowledge of NFPA and industry standards is required.
• Significant experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Define project requirements and create job schedules.
• Coordinate the delivery of tools and fabrication; track labor efficiency.
• Identify and manage personnel assigned to each project.
• Represent the company at job progress meetings and initiate change orders.
• Complete contract progress billings and estimate cost-to-complete for WIP reporting.
• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
• Serve as main client contact for assigned projects and brainstorm solutions with clients.
