We are in need of a Superintendent with Federal/Government experience to join us. This role is uniquely positioned for a seasoned professional who has a passion for construction and a track record of successfully managing federal projects. You will be at the heart of our operations, overseeing all aspects of our federal construction projects from planning to completion. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile, multi-million dollar projects that have a direct impact on our nation's infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing all stages of project life cycle, including pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.
  • Ensuring all federal, state, and local regulations, standards, and protocols are adhered to throughout the project.
  • Coordinating and supervising the activities of construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring all work is performed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, government officials, and other stakeholders.
  • Implementing and monitoring quality control and safety programs, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of safety and quality.
  • Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the project.
  • Providing regular status reports to senior management, including progress updates, budget reports, and risk assessments.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on federal projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex construction projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local construction regulations and standards.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, government officials, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • A bachelor\'s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
