Job summary

RYCOE Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects from kickoff through closeout in Central NY.

You will coordinate resources, communicate with customers, and manage field operations to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget, delivering the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
• Experience managing utility, sitework, civil, infrastructure, underground, or commercial construction projects preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through completion, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, quality standards, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate material procurement and resource allocation.
• Monitor project budgets and track actual costs against estimates and identify, negotiate and track change orders.
• Maintain records for daily reports, job tracking, productivity measures and quality control.
• Conduct regular project meetings to assess project status and provide updates to customers and management.
• Oversee project closeout, including punch lists, final documentation, customer turnover, and final billing.
• Supervise, train and conduct performance discussions with field staff while promoting safety and accountability.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple active project management while maintaining strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.

Compensation:
