Job summary

W.E. O’Neil Construction is seeking a seasoned Project Manager in San Diego to oversee a portfolio of fast-moving projects in occupied environments.

You will manage tenant improvements, renovations, office build-outs, and retail work from award through closeout while coordinating with clients, design teams, and subcontractors. This role requires adept scheduling, budgeting, and quick decision-making in tight schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Experience managing multiple projects in occupied spaces.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from buyout through closeout on budget and schedule.
• Serve as main client contact with owners, tenants, and design partners.
• Plan work in occupied spaces with minimal disruption and clear communication.
