Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Plano, TX is hiring a Facilities Manager (M1) to oversee daily site facility management across the portfolio. Onsite schedule is M-F 8-5, reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager, with responsibility for budgets and service delivery.

Required: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of facilities management, CMMS and MS Office proficiency, and ability to coordinate vendors and capital projects. This role includes leading a team and ensuring client asset protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent facilities or property management experience.
• 5+ years of facilities management or operations experience.
• Knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, mechanical and services, required.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office and CMMS.
• Ability to plan and manage financials within budget and time constraints.
• Experience with managing multiple vendors and small capital projects.
• Understanding of commercial leases, routine accounting methods, and trade union protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site Facility Management of the portfolio across sites.
• Manage regional budgets within the defined financial framework and deliver services.
• Ensure all site management and operations comply with standards.
• Oversee work orders and ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and manage vendor relationships and capital projects.
• Lead a diverse facilities team and foster collaboration.
