PositionSummary

EssentialDutiesandResponsibilities

General

• Developandmaintainpositiverelationshipswithclients.
• EstimateprojectsandpreparebudgetedproposalsforclientsuponapprovalfromtheOperationsManager.
• Negotiateandexecuteservicecontracts.
• Prepareconstructionschedules.
• Completeproject-specificdailyreportsandphotographs.
