Job summary

Sunstall Inc. in California seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead diverse projects from inception to completion. You will organize procedures, supervise multidisciplinary teams and ensure timely delivery within budget.

The role requires strong organizational and leadership skills and frequent CA/NV travel. The ideal candidate has experience managing construction budgets, familiarity with MS Office and project management software, and a track record of coordinating engineers, architects

Qualifications

• BSc/BA degree in Architecture, Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification would be an asset.
• Extensive experience managing budgets for construction projects.
• Knowledge of materials and equipment used in construction.
• Familiarity with construction management software programs.

Responsibilities

• Bid walks and plan/scope for estimating.
• Manage project kickoffs and proposals.
• Oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Manage budgets and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors.

Theexpectationofourprojectmanagersistoplanandsuperviseawiderangeofconstructionprojectsfromstarttofinish.Organizeandoverseeconstructionproceduresandensuretheyarecompletedinatimelyandefficientmanner.Coordinatingateamofprofessionalsofdifferentdisciplinestoachievethebestresults.Utilizinganalyticalandorganizationalskillswiththegoalofensuringallprojectsaredeliveredontimeaccordingtorequirementsandwithoutexceedingbudget.

Conductallcommunicationwithcustomers,vendors,andteammembersinaprofessionalmanner.Regularlycontactclients,anticipatetheirneeds,andofferasuperiorlevelofcustomerservice.
