Job summary

The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is seeking a Project Analyst to provide project management support for on-site Bettis Construction Projects, including scheduling with Primavera, resource management, budgeting, and risk management. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage project information, and help drive continuous improvement across a 30-year portfolio of projects while ensuring program goals are met.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience or a Master's with 2+

Job Description

The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is seeking a highly motivated Project Analyst toprovideproject management support to new and existing projects and programs for on-site Bettis Construction Projects. Areas supported will include: project planning and scheduling utilizing an Integrated Master Schedule in Primavera P6, resourcemanagement, budgeting and cost control, measuring project performance, change control, risk management, coordination and integration of project team efforts, communication with project stakeholders, portfolio management, development of procedures and guides, management of SharePoint sites, and management of project information in other businesssystems (e.g., Integrated Work Management System).

There is a 30-yearportfolio of projects,and you will also have the opportunity to lead improvement initiativesso there will always be something exciting to work on.

Required Combination of Knowledge and Skill

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Pay Range

$70,900.00 - $108,500.00 annually

Salary information provided is a general guideline only. Annual salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is operated for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) by Fluor Marine Propulsion, LLC (FMP), a wholly owned subsidiary of Fluor Corporation. Naval Nuclear Laboratory personnel are FMP employees who work at four DOE facilities: Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory, Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory, Kenneth A. Kesselring Site, and Naval Reactors Facility, and at the U.S. Department of Defense-owned Nuclear Power Training Unit-Charleston. FMP employees also have an established presence at numerous shipyards and vendor locations. For nearly 70 years, the Naval Nuclear Laboratory has developed advanced nuclear propulsion technology, provided technical support, and trained world-class nuclear operators to ensure the safe and reliable operation of our nation's submarine and aircraft carrier Fleets. The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is a national asset solely dedicated to the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program. We rely on the dedication and innovation of our nearly 8000 engineers, scientists, technicians, and support personnel.
