George Jon, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead client projects in a remote-first environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing technical projects, particularly in infrastructure, and possess exceptional communication skills. This role involves coordinating technical resources, managing project scope and timelines, and ensuring quality deliverables. The Project Manager plays a critical leadership role within the three-person team, overseeing the end-to-end execution of client projects. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the right technical resources aligned to meet business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on knowledge of the infrastructure and applications that power GeorgeJon environments—including VMware, Windows Server, storage, networking, and disaster recovery platforms. This expertise enables them to independently drive project execution, confidently make or escalate technical decisions, and ensure alignment between client needs and engineering implementation. Project Managers act as both project leaders and operational problem-solvers, bridging cross-functional teams to maintain control over scope, timing, and quality. This is remote position.
