Remodel Titans, a niche web design agency specializing in high-converting websites for remodeling contractors, is looking for an experienced Website Project Manager to join our team on a project basis.

You’ll lead the delivery of strategic WordPress sites that help contractors stand out and win more work. From kickoff to launch, you'll be the driving force behind each project, working alongside talented designers, developers, and VAs. We value speed, precision, and aesthetics — and we’re building something worth being proud of.

Pay Structure

• USD$750–USD$1,000 per website, depending on project scope.
• Each site typically requires 15 hours of focused work + up to 5 hours for extras
• Rough estimate: 20 hours/project @ $50 p/h = USD$1,000 (per project basis)
• Opportunity to grow into more hours and deeper involvement as we scale

Responsibilities

• Manage full website builds: discovery, copy planning, design coordination, development, QA, and launch
• Communicate with clients clearly, keeping them confident and updated
• Lead internal teams and maintain momentum across deliverables
• Keep timelines, budgets, and expectations in check
• Identify blockers and resolve issues before they turn into problems
• Contribute ideas to improve systems and client delivery
• Be a voice in the company — we value ideas and initiative
