Job summary

Reynolds Restoration Services in Harrisburg, PA, is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to lead disaster restoration and reconstruction projects from initial estimate to completion. You will split time between the field (40%) and the office (60%), coordinating with the administrative team.

The role requires strong budgeting, reading plans, and communication with insurance adjusters, homeowners, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on project management in construction, preferably high-end residential or general contracting.
• Experience estimating projects from $5k to $2M, mostly residential.
• Strong relationships with local subcontractors and vendors.
• Ability to read plans, manage budgets, and keep timelines.

Reynolds Restoration Services is looking for an experienced and self-motivative Project Manager/ Estimator to manage disaster restoration and reconstruction projects from initial estimate through completion. You'll spend approximately 40% of your time in the field and 60% of your time in the office- with an administrative team in the office to support your efforts in the field. Responsibilities:

• Inspect damaged properties and assess restoration needs on-site.
• Prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate or Symbility.
• Collaborate closely with insurance adjusters, homeowners, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate vendors and subcontractors to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Handle change orders, manage budgets, and oversee project quality.
• Deliver top-tier customer service every step of the way.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on Project Management experienced in construction (high-end residential or general contracting preferred) Or experienced as a property claims field adjuster.
• Experienced in projects range from $5k-$2M- mostly residential (80%), some light commercial (20%).
• Have strong relationships with local subcontractors and vendors.
• Proficient in reading plans, managing budgets, and keeping timelines on track.
• Being a creative problem-solver who thinks outside the box.
• Experience in Xactimate (XM8), Symbility, DASH, and Microsoft Office.
• Valid Driver's license and vehicle
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules.
• Demonstrate solutions approach and experienced using non-traditional skills or methods in the reconstruction process.

Preferred:

• Education: 2–4-year technical degree preferred.
