Job summary

Reynolds Restoration Services is hiring a full-time Restoration Technician to join our team in the Harrisburg, PA area. Typical hours are 7 am–3:30 pm with on-call rotation. On-call hours paid at 1.5x.

Training and PPE provided; comprehensive benefits and 401(k) are offered. Responsibilities include assessing damages, operating drying equipment, basic demolition, disinfection, and documenting work in our PM system.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in Restoration/Mitigation preferred.
• IICRC Fire & Smoke Restoration and Water Restoration certifications given priority.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document damages to residential or commercial properties.
• Work independently or with a team on water, fire, mold, or other disaster sites.
• Set and monitor drying equipment.
• Perform contained demolition of affected materials.
• Disinfect air and surfaces with ULV fogging.
• Document work notes and upload photos in project management software.

Reynolds Restoration Services is hiring a full-time Restoration Technician to join our team in the Harrisburg, PA area. Restoration Technicians help people recover after they've experienced property damage from a disaster. Regular work hours are 7 am-3:30 pm, with on-call requirements on a rotational basis for evenings and weekends. All on-call hours worked are paid at one and a half times the regular rate. Training and PPE are provided to all our technicians! Responsibilities:

• Assess and document damages to the residential or commercial property
• Work independently or as part of a team on properties that have been damaged by water, fire, mold, or other disasters
• Set and monitor drying equipment
• Complete contained demolition to remove affected materials
• Disinfect air and surfaces with ULV fogging machines
• Complete hand cleaning/application of disinfectant to affected surfaces
• Document work notes and upload pictures in the project management software system

Qualifications:

• One year of experience working in the Restoration / Mitigation Services industry, preferred
• IICRC Restoration Industry Certifications in Fire & Smoke Restoration and Water Restoration will be given priority consideration
• Energetic, reliable, and positive team members who are willing to learn new skills and enjoy working in a variety of different environments
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients and provide exceptional customer service

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and carry materials
• Ability to work overtime when needed and respond to emergency situations after regular work hours
