Job summary

Based in Green Bay, Minneapolis, Duluth, Milwaukee, or Madison, the role supports multidisciplinary teams, manages permitting programs, and drives project delivery with up to 20% travel in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities include budget and schedule control, client relationship development, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of project management experience with multidisciplinary environmental projects.
• Experience with NEPA, permitting, and regulatory processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental projects for mining and natural resource development clients.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within budget, schedule, and quality constraints.
• Coordinate federal, state, and local permitting efforts.
• Build and guide project teams; mentor and coach team members.
• Negotiate scope changes with clients and subcontractors.
• Support business development through proposal development and client relationship cultivation.
