SSOE is seeking a Project Manager for our Process Operations team. The PM will lead single and multi-discipline engineering, design and architectural teams from scope development through design packages and project execution for leading-edge clients.

Responsibilities include budgeting, change management, client coordination, and ensuring timely, on-budget project delivery. A Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering and CAPM/PMP certification are preferred; 5 years in design/construction with 2+

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the design and construction industry.
• At least 2 years in Project Management.

Aufgaben

• Establishes project scope with Discipline Captains and Managers.
• Communicates client requirements to each discipline.
• Prepares project budget and schedule to measure progress.
• Prepares fee proposals.
• Ensures adherence to timetable and financial objectives.
• Prepares project plan and controls progress.
• Administers project processes (cost estimating, documentation, etc.).
• Coordinates meetings with client, contractors, regulators, and others.
• Reviews and approves client billings.
• Supports client development activities.
