Job summary

TechFlow is seeking a Project Manager to support our Energy and Mobility Solutions unit. This remote role requires coordinating across functions, leading project teams, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of electrical infrastructure projects.

Ideal candidates have a four-year engineering/construction degree and at least five years of PM experience in electrical construction, with strong communication, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in engineering, construction management or construction-related field from an accredited school or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years’ Project Management experience in Electrical Construction Projects related to energy infrastructure and technology.
• Experience evaluating costs and scope of work requirements for electrical construction projects.
• Ability to manage multiple large projects.
• Interpersonal and influencing skills to engage and drive performance.
• Strong presentation and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and decision making/problem solving skills.
• Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
• Eligibility to obtain and sustain DOD Secret level Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate teams of internal and external resources to manage and deliver projects on time, within budget and to specifications.
• Participate in development of project scope, cost estimates, schedules, and delivery solutions.
• Coordinate pre-construction meetings.
• Provide accurate and timely project status reporting addressing milestones and financial performance.
• Perform in-person site visits as needed.
• Participate in project progress meetings with client, general contractor, subcontractors, vendors, and BU Vice President.
• Monitor and communicate about project complexities to BU Vice President.
• Manage dependencies, risks, schedule, costs, and resourcing across interlinked projects.
