Job summary

The Thrasher Group, a leading firm in civil engineering and energy development, is seeking a Project Manager to lead energy infrastructure projects while supporting our Land Development team. This role sits at the intersection of utility-scale energy and broad land development work across the region.

You will mentor junior staff, manage client relations and project budgets, coordinate with utilities and regulators, and contribute to business development with leadership and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering from ABET‑accredited university; PE licensure required
• 5–15 years experience in energy infrastructure or utility-scale civil site development preferred
• Strong project management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead civil site design for energy projects including solar and storage facilities
• Coordinate permitting, design, and construction plans across multiple regulatory bodies
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and client communications
• Mentor junior staff and support business development activities
