  • Prepare construction plans, specifications, and technical reports for site development and energy clients
  • Assist with project management tasks including schedule tracking, client communications, and coordination with subconsultants and contractors
  • Conduct site visits, field investigations, and construction observation as needed
  • Support permitting and regulatory submissions with state and federal agencies, including E&S and stormwater approvals
  • Collaborate within a multi‑disciplinary team of engineers, architects, and surveyors across land development and energy projects
  • Contribute to the preparation of proposals and scopes of work for land development and energy‑sector clients
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET‑accredited program
  • Required: Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
  • Preferred: 1–5 years of relevant civil engineering experience (internship experience counts)
  • Preferred: Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, or similar design software
  • Preferred: Experience with land development, site civil design, or energy‑sector infrastructure (electric, fiber, or oil & gas)
  • Plus: PE licensure or active progress toward licensure
  • Plus: Knowledge of WV and Mid‑Atlantic regulatory requirements for land development and energy projects
BENEFITS

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance; flexible spending and dependent care accounts; a Health Savings Account with company contributions; company‑paid short‑and‑long‑term disability; and a $100,000 life insurance policy paid for by the company.
