Job summary

The Thrasher Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Land Development team in Charleston, WV. You will lead projects from concept to completion, manage client communications, budgets, and team coordination, and contribute to business development efforts.

Required are a BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program and a PE license, with 5–15 years of land development experience.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited university required.
• 5–15 years of land development experience preferred.
• PE license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of construction plans and design calculations for land development.
• Review plans for permitting, grading, drainage, and E&S controls.
• Mentor junior staff and support their professional growth.
• Assist clients with bidding and construction administration.
• Coordinate with inspection personnel and ensure design intent.
• Manage project delivery including client communication and budgeting.
• Support business development through client meetings and proposals.
