W-Industries in Houston is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver complex projects safely, on time, within scope and budget. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure client satisfaction through clear communication.

Responsibilities include defining scope, schedules, budgets, and risk management, plus reporting to leadership and driving process improvements. PMP is preferred; 3–5 years in energy/industrial sectors is ideal.

Qualifications

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
• Monitor project performance and provide reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and conflicts proactively.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and client specifications.
• Facilitate project meetings and track action items through completion.
• Drive process improvements and lessons learned for future projects.
