Job summary

NextPlay Jobs is seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial construction and energy facility projects. You will own delivery from kickoff to closeout, manage budgets, schedules, and client communications, and drive change orders when needed.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in CM/Engineering/Business, 3–5+ years in construction PM, MS Project proficiency, and willingness to travel up to 25% to local sites. Industrial experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Eng, or Business.
• 3-5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Ability to read P&IDs and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery against scope, schedule, and budget from kickoff through closeout.
• Prepare and present scopes of work, estimates, drawings, and schedules for clients.
• Direct subcontractors and self-perform crews, balancing resources across multiple teams.
• Plan procurement and material deliveries in coordination with purchasing.
• Track project progress and costs, and adjust plans to keep work on target.
• Serve as the main client contact, resolving issues and negotiating change orders.
• Oversee project billing, payments, and cost verification.
• Maintain quality, schedule, and safety standards on every project.
