Job summary

Asseta, an AI-native operating system for UHNWIs, seeks a Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of multiple implementations, from kickoff to go-live and stabilization. You will develop plans, manage risks, and be the main client contact across senior stakeholders and client teams.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive milestones from CRP to UAT to Go-Live, and continually improve delivery playbooks and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience, ideally delivering software implementations or professional services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent client projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong understanding of implementation lifecycles and delivery methodologies.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfort working directly with senior client stakeholders, including controllers, CFOs, and family office operators.
• PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus.
• Experience with financial software, accounting systems, or family office / wealth management is a meaningful plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent Asseta implementations, from kickoff through go-live and stabilization
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on project status, milestones, and expectations
• Coordinate implementation consultants, engineering, and client stakeholders to keep work on track
• Drive project milestones from CRP to UAT to Go-Live, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
• Identify risks and blockers early and proactively resolve them to protect timelines and outcomes
• Facilitate workshops, status meetings, and executive updates, communicating clearly at every level
• Contribute to improving delivery playbooks, onboarding processes, and project management standards
