Job summary

Asseta is seeking an Implementation Consultant to work with UHNWIs and family offices from our New York City headquarters. You will translate client accounting processes into Asseta configurations, work with project managers and engineering to deliver go-lives, and build strong client relationships.

You will guide onboarding, configure the platform to fit each client’s financial workflows, support data migration, and provide training plus onboarding documentation to drive adoption.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, financial operations, or software implementation/consulting.
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, financial reporting, and chart-of-accounts structures.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise accounting software (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, or similar) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients during onboarding to understand their accounting workflows and reporting needs.
• Configure and implement the platform to align with each family office's financial processes and controls.
• Support data migration, testing, and validation to ensure accurate go-lives.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on accounting best practices and platform functionality.
• Deliver client training and create onboarding documentation to drive adoption.
• Translate client feedback into clear product and engineering requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineering to keep implementations on time and on scope.
