Schindler Group in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Project Manager NI to lead full‑cycle installation projects with a focus on profitability and customer relationships. You will coordinate with sales, field superintendents, and customers to meet specifications and resolve technical issues.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in the elevator industry, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP, Lotus Notes, and Procore.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5+ years of elevator industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee full cycle project management of new installations.
• Collaborate with sales, field superintendents and customers.
• Provide submittals and ensure timely material delivery.
• Monitor job progress and address delays with action plans.
• Manage vendor relationships and participate in forecasting/budgeting.
• Identify change notices and secure customer approvals.
