Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5+ years of elevator industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; strong financial acumen.

Aufgaben

• Oversee full cycle project management of new installations to ensure efficient, profitable close-out.
• Provide approved submittals and ensure timely delivery of materials from vendors.
• Collaborate with Field Superintendents to monitor job progress and address delays with action plans.
• Partner with Engineering and local/regional management for successful completion of projects.
• Maintain vendor relationships and assist with monthly forecasting and budget planning.
• Identify change notice opportunities, prepare paperwork, and secure customer approvals before work begins.
