Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or electrical engineering or equivalent training.
• 5+ years in electrical trade with estimating experience.
• PM capability with a proven track record of managing projects and gross margin.
• Ability to read general business documentation.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, staff, and manage systems installation projects to meet profitability, deadlines and customer expectations.
• Process project paperwork and ensure timely billing with administration.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, supplies and services.
• Lead a team of technicians and supervise field staff.
• Attend weekly and monthly meetings and report progress.
• Visit job sites to monitor progress and support safety.
• Communicate goals clearly and direct team efforts.
• Manage change orders and project costs.
