Job summary

ABM Facility Support Services seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee operations, projects, and maintenance contracts, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring schedules and budgets are met.

The role requires five or more years in project management within facilities or critical environments, strong writing and vendor-management skills, and compliance with safety standards. PMP is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• PMP certification or higher degree preferred but not required.
• Tradesman license, trade-related degree or trade certificates preferred.
• Minimum of five years of trade/field experience in construction, facility maintenance or critical environments.
• Two years of technical writing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience managing administrative processes for personnel and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management duties including client meetings and drafting schedules.
• Manage vendors and collaborate with electricians, HVAC technicians, and subcontractors.
• Track costs and labor; submit quotes and approve invoices.
• Create RFPs, RFIs, submittals and develop project estimates.
• Support project designs and maintenance programs; ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Ensure safety, security and quality control in all tasks and projects.
