Rogers Electric is seeking a seasoned Project Manager in Dallas, TX to lead electrical, data, and lighting projects from planning through execution. You will staff key roles, set performance standards, and drive client satisfaction while ensuring schedule and budget adherence.

The role requires strong communication, budgeting, and data-analysis skills, with hands-on oversight of field activities and on-site coordination across multiple offices.

We’re searching for a talented and driven Project Manager to join our team!

Your Day-to-Day

• Plan, organize, and staff key field positions and projects
• Set project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate guidelines
• Build and maintain relationships with prime clients to support construction activities
• Oversee construction via on-site administration to ensure schedule and budget compliance; address issues proactively
• Represent company in project and strategy meetings
• Manage contract finances to protect company interests while maintaining client relations
• Perform other duties as assigned
