Job summary

Rogers Electric in Harrisburg, PA is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on commercial electrical projects. You’ll oversee ground-up construction and remodels, ensure safety, workmanship, and on-time completion, and coordinate with project managers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical projects from ground-up construction to remodels
• Perform quality control testing and troubleshoot issues
• Train, supervise, and assign duties to crew members
• Enforce job site policies and ensure task completion
• Accurately complete documentation and correspondence
• Read blueprints, run conduit, wire, and terminate devices
• Manage service upgrades for new and existing retail clients
• Efficiently order, receive, and distribute materials
• Communicate with store/facilities managers and maintenance staff
