Job summary

Rogers Electric is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to support project managers with scheduling, submittals, RFIs, and documentation across our electrical, data, and lighting projects. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and effective communication with field teams and clients.

The ideal candidate brings an associate degree or relevant admin experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 2+ years administrative experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Strong task prioritization and timely completion skills.
• Maintains confidentiality, adaptable, and open to new ideas.
• Clear, persuasive oral communication; strong presentations and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and buyout process alongside Project Manager.
• Submit PCOs for review and approval.
• Download updated drawings from GC programs.
• Provide FBO inventory for projects, including site visits.
• Prepare special reports as requested by PM.
• Respond promptly to daily emails.
• Use construction software as needed.

We’re searching for a talented and driven Electrical Project Engineer to join our team!

Your Day-to-Day

• Collaborate with Project Manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and buyout process alongside Project Manager
• Submit PCOs for review and approval
• Download updated drawings from GC programs
• Provide FBO inventory for projects, including site visits
• Prepare special reports as requested by PM
• Respond promptly to daily emails
• Use construction software as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
