Job summary

Southland Industries is seeking a Project Manager in Houston, TX to lead smaller projects or portions of larger programs. You will manage client relationships, track budgets and schedules, and report to leadership while mentoring Project Engineers.

The position requires a four-year engineering degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of five years’ experience with strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. We offer an employee-owned culture and comprehensive benefits.

  • Four-year degree in Engineering, or applicable experience.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience.
  • Proven ability to manage small teams.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Experience managing subcontractors.
  • Strong computer skills, including CADD, ERP and Microsoft Office products, such as Excel.
