Job summary

Southland Industries in Houston, TX seeks an Administrative Assistant supporting construction Project Management staff. You will help onboard new employees, manage timecards, organize site documentation and maintain project logs.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Word and Excel, and the ability to coordinate meetings and distribute specifications to field personnel. We offer a comprehensive benefits package as a 100% employee-owned company.

  • Update, take and track meeting minutes; maintain project logs and files; set up contact directories.
  • Set up and distribute documents, drawings, and specifications to field personnel and other key parties; coordinate calendars and meetings.
