Job summary

Southland Industries in Garden Grove, CA, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee smaller projects or portions of larger programs. You will lead teams, manage schedules, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure timely delivery.

You will develop budget analyses, monitor costs and revenue projections, handle change orders, mentor engineers, and provide status reports to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering, or applicable experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• Proven ability to manage small teams
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Experience managing subcontractors
• Strong computer skills, including CADD, ERP and Microsoft Office Products, such as Excel

Responsibilities

• Develops client relationships by providing project status updates to client and leadership.

• Provides leadership to project team to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met. Trains and mentors less experienced positions.

Job description

Pay:Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For California this ranges from $118,119.00 - $144,368.00 plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.
