Job summary

Qualifacts, a leading provider of behavioral health software, is seeking a Project Manager to lead mid-size implementation projects in a hybrid role based in Tampa or Nashville. Remote candidates will not be considered.

You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure timelines and budgets, and build strong client relationships to drive adoption and success across the CareLogic, Credible, and InSync platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years’ experience in project management; behavioral health experience preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages full implementation life cycle from kick-off through implementation completion and transition to support for small to mid-range projects.
• Manages customer relationships and expectations through regular touchpoints, status briefings and onsite meetings.
• Interfaces with customer staff across levels and departments throughout project lifecycle.
• Influences customer attitudes, behaviors, and intentions throughout every phase of the implementation process, ensuring adoption and long-term success.
• Ensures that all projects are executed properly maintaining customer satisfaction, along with attaining desired outcomes in cost, quality and delivery timeframes.
• Tracks project timelines updating the team with status reports to meet and exceed projected metrics.
• Works with management to determine resource management, project plans, and risk assessment to keep the customers on target.
• Works closely with cross-functional teams to resolve project issues to optimize results while minimizing project costs.
• Partners with diverse departments such as Sales, Product, State reporting, and RCMS to drive alignment and shared goals.
• Builds productive internal/external relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions.
• Focuses on providing standard professional advice and creates initial reports/analyzes for review by experienced team professionals.
• Focuses on providing standard project guidance based on platform implementation methodologies and creates initial reports/analyzes for review by management.

Summary Of The Project Manager

The Project Manager will be applying company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. They will determine a course of action based on guidelines and modify processes and methods as required. They should have a basic knowledge of task management and project management concepts to apply this knowledge and basic problem-solving techniques to define and resolve problems. • 5 years’ experience in project management or a related role; behavioral health experience preferred
