Qualifacts in Nashville and Tampa is seeking a Director of Enterprise Software to lead architecture and delivery of enterprise services. This role requires guiding multi-disciplinary teams, setting technical vision, and raising engineering excellence in a hybrid work environment.
You'll own non-functional requirements, partner with QA, Product, DevOps, and Infrastructure, and drive continuous improvement of quality, velocity, and reliability across platforms in healthcare software.

The Director of Enterprise Software is a senior technical and people leader responsible for the architecture, design, and delivery of Qualifacts’ enterprise services. This role sets the technical vision, raises the bar for engineering excellence, and builds high-performing architecture and development teams.
Enterprise services and applications are architecturally sound, highly reliable, and continuously improving. Engineering teams consistently deliver high-quality work with strong predictability and healthy velocity. Architecture and coding standards are actively maintained and elevated by the organization. Strong partnership and trust exist across Product, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure. Engineering talent is growing in capability and engagement under your leadership.
