Gosnaphop in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Project Manager/Director of Professional Services to lead ERP and SaaS implementations within technology consulting and professional services teams.

You will manage resources, forecast time and budgets, write statements of work, and align delivery with real estate investment management needs, with the potential to run the Professional Services Organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology consulting organizations implementing ERP software or SaaS.
• Experience in managing a Professional Services organization such as hiring consultants, resource planning, and proposals.
• Experience in the real estate investment management industry.

Salary: $150,000 - $160,000 / year

Key Responsibilities

• #1 Experience in the technology Consulting organizations implementing ERP software or SaaS - thus that person will have experience in software implementation methodologies and approaches, managing people, managing client expectations, focusing on business processes, end-user training, project documentation, etc
• #2 Experience in the operations of managing a Professional Services organization such as - hiring consultants, resource planning / forecasting, writing Statements of Work and proposals, weekly tracking of time entry and reconciling to a weekly forecast, etc
• #3 Experience in the real estate investment management industry
