Addison Group in Dallas, TX seeks a Project Manager/Director of Professional Services to lead and scale the Professional Services Organization, delivering ERP/SaaS implementations and client delivery excellence. The role drives resource planning, SOWs, and weekly forecasts while partnering with clients and internal teams to maximize value.

This on-site role offers a salary of $150,000–$160,000 per year, with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and paid vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in ERP software or SaaS implementation methodologies.
• Experience in managing a Professional Services organization.
• Experience in the real estate investment management industry.

Responsibilities

• Experience in ERP/SaaS implementation methodologies and managing people and client expectations.
• Experience in operations of managing a Professional Services organization: hiring consultants, resource planning / forecasting, writing Statements of Work and proposals, time tracking and forecasting.
• Experience in the real estate investment management industry.
