Project Manager:

On behalf of our Financial client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager for a 1-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Tampa office.

Project Manager - Job Description:

The Project Manager will join the data management team within the Information team, focusing on digitizing the company's products and services. The role involves driving data architecture and governance, ensuring data quality, and facilitating change management across the organization.

• Support formal bi-weekly governance forums with technology groups, including creation of materials and meeting minutes/action items

• Work with various technology leads to ensure data quality gaps are converted into prioritized Book of Work items

• Conduct data analysis for tracking standards adoption and creation of scorecard metrics

• Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, and reports to stakeholders

Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:

• 8-10 years of Program Management and Project Management experience

• Ability to summarize expectations, decisions, and actions from key conversations for stakeholders

• Exceptional motivation and diligence with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Strong relationship-building skills

• Ability to create senior management presentation material

• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
