Trane in Tampa is hiring an Energy Services Project Manager! The Energy Services Project Manager is responsible for project financials, administration, implementation, management, and customer satisfaction for all assigned projects. They lead the project team through all facets of the project and serve as the main contact for stakeholders. The role involves managing a portfolio of projects, including smaller and larger multi-building or complex construction projects, and supporting sales functions with scope development.

Where is the work: This position has been designated as Remote and work will be performed in Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions, and developing communication plans with stakeholders for timely updates.
• Lead all aspects of project administration, including adherence to contract clauses, analyzing reports for deficiencies, managing project documentation, safety guidelines, and navigating regulatory requirements.
• Manage project finances including cash flow, forecasts, expenses, collections, and oversee monthly backlog reviews.
• Validate project scope, cost, and schedule through contract review, internal meetings, and setting customer expectations, while identifying risks and mitigation plans.
• Oversee subcontractors, including RFQ process, awards, execution, and establishing communication guidelines for project progress, meetings, billing, and safety.
• Create and maintain project schedules with tasks, dependencies, and milestones.

Qualifications:

• Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Project Management Degree, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Project Schedules / PM Construction Software.
• Or a combination of degree and 3-5 years of experience.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major violations, including restrictions related to DUI, hit & run, license suspension, reckless or careless driving, or multiple infractions in the past 3 years.

Compensation:

Total compensation ranges from $90,000 to $115,000, including an incentive plan. Actual pay may vary based on seniority, merit, and geographic location.
