Trane in Tampa is hiring an Energy Services Project Manager! The Energy Services Project Manager is responsible for project financials, administration, implementation, management, and customer satisfaction for all assigned projects. They lead the project team through all facets of the project and are the established point of contact for stakeholders. The manager oversees a portfolio of projects, including smaller and larger multi-building or complex construction projects. Knowledge of current job market and pricing strategies is essential, as is supporting sales with scope development.

Where is the work:

This position has been designated as Remote and work will be performed in Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions, and developing communication plans with stakeholders to provide timely updates.
• Lead all aspects of project administration, including adherence to contract clauses, analyzing reports, managing project documentation, safety guidelines, and navigating regulatory requirements.
• Manage project finances, including cash flow, forecasts, expenses, collections, and oversee monthly backlog reviews.
• Validate project scope, cost, and schedule through review of contracts, meetings, and risk mitigation planning.
• Oversee subcontractors, including RFQ process, awards, management, and communication to ensure project progress, billing, and safety.
• Create and maintain project schedules with tasks, dependencies, and milestones.

Qualifications:

• Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Project Management degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with project schedules and construction management software.
• 3-5 years of experience or a relevant degree combined with experience.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major violations such as DUI or reckless driving in the past 3 years.

Compensation:

Total compensation ranges from $90,000 to $115,000, including an incentive plan. Actual pay may vary based on seniority, merit, and location.
