Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Project Management, Construction Management, Business, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of direct project management experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong computer skills and quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Estimate project scope and costs.
• Manage expectations and execution of subcontractors.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Track project expenses and budget.
• Prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Communicate with clients and subcontractors.
• Attend and participate in coordination meetings with owners, contractors, architects, and engineers.
• Research and prepare change requests to resolve design issues for approval.
• Suggest solutions to design document problems including conflicts and errors.
• Monitor field work to ensure compliance with standards and codes.
• Oversee Submittal and RFI processes.
• Assist with early billing tracking.
