Job summary

Markent Personnel, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of large-scale construction projects, primarily within the data center market, with additional work in chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas, and heavy industrial sectors. The role assists Sr.

Project Manager in planning, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and coordinating with team members and subcontractors. You will oversee change requests, submittals, RFIs, and meetings with owners, contractors, architects, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or combination of experience and/or education.
• 5+ years direct experience in project management.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong computer skills and quick to learn new systems.
• Commitment to improving communication, organization and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Estimating project scope and costs.
• Manage project expectations and execution of subcontractors.
• Maintaining project documentation.
• Tracking project expenses and budget.
• Preparing reports.
• Communicate with clients and subcontractors.
• Attend and participate in project meetings as requested.
• Research and prepare change requests to resolve design issues for approval.
• Research and recommend solutions to design document problems, including conflicts, interferences, and errors/omissions.
• Monitor field work to ensure compliance with standards and codes.
• Submittal and RFI processes.
• Early completion and tracking of billing.
