The role involves coordinating scope, budgets, schedules, and communications with clients and subcontractors onsite at client locations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of direct experience, strong scheduling skills, and a solid understanding of drawings, specs, and estimating processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Business, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years direct construction project management experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong computer skills and quick to learn new systems.
• Commitment to improving communication, organization and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Estimate project scope and costs.
• Manage expectations and subcontractor execution.
• Maintain project documentation and budgets.
• Prepare reports and monitor expenses.
• Communicate with clients and subcontractors.
• Attend coordination meetings with owner/contractor/architect/engineer.
• Prepare change requests and resolve design issues.
• Review drawings and specs for compliance.
• Support early billing tracking and project closeout.
