Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support a portfolio of large-scale construction projects, including data centers and heavy industrial sectors. The role supports the Sr.

Project Manager and entails overseeing planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with clients and subcontractors. You will prepare reports, manage change requests, monitor costs, and ensure project objectives are met through effective communication and leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or combination of experience and/or education.
• 5+ years of direct experience in project management or construction management.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong computer skills and quick to learn new systems.
• Commitment to continuous improvement of communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Effective scheduling and delegation to accomplish tasks on time.
• Tactful conflict resolution and problem solving abilities.
• Good understanding of how to read drawings and specifications.
• Familiar with computer-based estimating and billing/collections.

Responsabilidades

• Estimating project scope and costs.
• Manage project expectations and execution of subcontractors.
• Maintaining project documentation.
• Tracking project expenses and budget.
• Preparing reports.
• Communicate with clients and subcontractors.
• Attend project coordination and owner/contractor/architect/engineer meetings as requested.
• Research and preparation of change requests to resolve design issues for approval.
• Research and recommend solutions to design document problems, including conflicts, interferences, and errors/omissions.
• Monitor field work and contract work for compliance with standards.
• Submittal and RFI processes.
• Early completion and tracking of billing.
