Job summary

Connectly Recruiting seeks an experienced Project Manager to support Sr. Project Manager on a growing portfolio of large-scale construction projects, primarily in the data center market.

You will assist with planning, scheduling, change management, and cost tracking while coordinating with clients and subcontractors. The role requires 5+ years of direct experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in project-related field.
• 5+ years of direct experience in project management or construction management.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong computer skills and quick to learn new systems.
• Commitment to continuous improvement of communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Effective scheduling and delegation to accomplish tasks on time.
• Good understanding of reading drawings and specs.
• Familiar with computer-based estimating and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Estimate project scope and costs.
• Manage project expectations and subcontractor execution.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Track project expenses and budget.
• Prepare reports.
• Communicate with clients and subcontractors.
• Participate in coordination meetings with owner/contractor/architect/engineer.
• Research and prepare change requests to resolve design issues.
• Resolve design conflicts, interferences, and errors/omissions.
• Monitor field/work compliance with standards and codes.
• Handle submittals and RFIs.
• Track billing and early completion.
