Job summary

ARCO National Holdings in Henderson, NV seeks a Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. You will manage estimating, proposals, contracts, scheduling, budgets, and design review, while coordinating with owners and design teams to deliver quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes value engineering, subcontractor buyouts, and regular jobsite leadership to uphold safety and schedule commitments. A related degree is required with 3-5 years of GC experience.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of construction experience running projects with a general contractor; design/build preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field is required.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managerial aspects of a project including estimating, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, scheduling, budgeting, design review, and execution.
  • Work closely with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings.
  • Participate in proposal meetings with owner to review the scope and provide value engineering ideas.
  • Oversee the buyout process and selection of subcontractors.
  • Conduct biweekly jobsite meetings.
  • Partner with Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule; make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
