Seneca Resources is seeking a Project Manager to lead HVAC construction, service, and maintenance projects in the Dallas, TX area. This onsite role demands strong leadership, clear communication, and rigorous budget adherence to deliver projects on time and within scope.

You will collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, interpreting complex MEP drawings and ensuring safety and compliance across all phases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing construction or HVAC projects.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specs.
• Strong leadership and client/subcontractor liaison skills.
