Leading field crews, coordinating with project teams, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction are key responsibilities. Top Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC field operations experience, with at least 2 years in supervision

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• OSHA certification preferred; valid driver’s license required
